Awesome Dan!
Oh ok, is that a program?
it’s software and a calibration device that you kind of attach to the screen which “reads” the colours.
We use it, amazing how much different the colour is on 2 monitors side by side.
Nice pics!
Don’t worry Dan, you’ll love your new Mac.
Get a GoPro 3+ and a pair of FLUX Bindings while you’re at it!!!!!
Ohhhh, and an Apple TV, a Subaru, and do forget to book that Niseko Trip!!!!!
Might just be my screen then?
On mine it looks like its been bumped up to about 6-7
Carry on then
Well look at you! You can take a decent photo after all
Don’t you mean his camera takes a decent photo
On mac; in System Preferences/Displays you can calibrate by clicking the “color” tab, then “Calibrate…” tab

Does this mean that Dan is a Photographer or not?????

Composition is more than half the battle IMO!
Re the colours they look great to me.
I would consider calibrating your screen like Tambo said prior to buying a whole new laptop!

I didn’t know I’d said anything about it, But now I’m here I may as well say that I think that the photos are awesome.
Haha!
Sorry meant Tambo….
Cheers guys!

Haha I wish!
As much as I would like the mac it will probably have to wait awhile.
And thanks for the info Tambo.
Here are two more images from yesterday. Got up nice and early (well actually hadn’t slept yet) for the sunrise. Was the first proper test of my new Tokina 11-16, which is awesome, and the Joby Gorrilapod (baby travel tripod). Was happy with how it all turned out. The way I have put them into BW has degraded the quality a bit but you get the idea.
I dig!
