And will probably be there tomorrow as well supporting my mates who recently started a brewery and are winning all sorts of awards!
id love to start my own brewery!! Especially after the sucess of radicALE!!
Do they actually have their own brewery equipment Oz or do the contract it out to another brewery. I know thats what alot of boutique beers do down my way. Theres a brew company that does about 15-20 brands.
They call themselves “gypsy brewers” so yeah they contract it out.
They want there own stuff but space is the issue right now. And red tape. They find the right space and then red tape becomes an issue.
