I really hope either a friend comes in town to go riding with… Or I can convince my brother to come and maybe his son would want to try snowboarding….. Or maybe I can call an old friend, who rides and get him to go with me.
But seriously!!! I’m off all weekend, and I’m off Monday night too.

I know that if I have to go by myself, I probably wont go.All my friends backed out, but I’m still going.
They open at noon, so I’ll be there soon after.I’m hoping to learn a few things while there. I always say that, but then end up just taking a mellow day and saying to myself “I dont HAVE to” That is why I want a friend to go with me, to push me. I guess I do learn more each time I go. LAst time I got way more comfortable with the quarter pipe and got more air on it. I kept pushing off and not up, though. I wish I had someone to film me.

So, I went and had a good time.
No friends came with me, they all backed out.
My brother came, but his son diddnt ride.
I should have brought the baby and had my bro, and his daughter watch him while I rode, but I left him at home with wifey and her mom.
I was able to work on some new things. hit a couple boxes and jibs that I never had.
they had a corrugated plastic tube that was flat to up and with a good drop at the end. I hit that a few times, once with a little more speed than expected and FLEW off it. nice!
I’d love to spin off it, and I know some could flip off it, but I’m not up for that I dont think. We’ll see.
I wanted to do more on the jumps, but I was a little more focused on the rails this time. but diddnt step up too much, only a little.
I’m very likely to go again on Saturday, cause it is all I am thinking about, AND I OK’d it with wifey! yay!
We’ll see.
