A Loose Alliance Pirate Day 2013
Sorry about the late notice guys. I have been too busy working + doing a Phd to get the event organised this year and because of that it wasn’t going to run. However late in the piece two lovely snowboarding lasses (my sis and another friend) have stepped in and helped me to get the day happening. I realise that the late notice means many wont be able to attend, but if you can then any BW member is way way way more then welcome to attend. Remember that at park pass only costs $25 for the day so its a cheap day on the snow. Best dressed will get a prize (damm Ill have to work on getting something haha). Any level of rider is welcome…it is all about having fun on a board!

Haha I was telling a friend about this last week!! I’m a 75% chance of going.. We leave to head back on the 1st so might be able to do a morning trip.. Just depends on everyone, (we have around 10 of us, and will have to pack everything before we go, but if I can convince them. I am keen!)

I had a blast last year, great people, decent little park and plenty of time to improve your skills!

1 & 2. Two different western Sydney wanderers matches
3. Socceroos qualifying for world cup match v Iraq
4. My niece’s 8th birthday…..
and 5 will be Pirate Day.

Think it’s a bit snow dependent for us. We can ride Perisher for free (already paid) and there will likely be snow, or we can head to Selwyn which if there is no park is a really short nothing run.
So we are keen at the moment but ultimately it will be a decision closer to the date for us .

Not sure yet. Bit too far away. Many plans and dreams which may or may not come to fruition. Likely we might still be floating around europe though so maybe not. I’m kinda keen to stay living in Sweden until my uppehållstillstånd becomes permanent next November….and then its snow season again!....so we’ll see how much more cold Freddan can stand. haha
