I’m still stuck on the fact that you don’t think Dan is a punter!!  tongue wink

true!

Wearing your googles on the freeway is pretty punter-ish!

Haha I think that’s just excitement!!

also.. For how much those goggles retail for.. I’d wear them as much as I physically could.. To get my moneys worth!

You know your a punter when you tuck your pants gaiters into your boot. Number of times ive seen punters doin up their boots like that its ridiculous

If, when asked what you do, you don’t say “snowbum” as your occupation.

Driving to Canberra still wearing your snow pants (I do it all the time).

I wear my snow pants on the drive from Hotham to Melbourne all the time. Why? Cause they are the most comfortable things ever.

6 months after i got to whis i put on a bunch of weight and the only thing that fit me was my snow pants. so i wore them everywhere. grocery shopping, pubbing, and basically anywhere i needed pants smile

Buying your outerwear from aldi…............

They spend the day makin giant snowballs instead of boarding wink

A mate of mine has two sets of outerwear, Aldi’s 2012 and 2013 collection.  He did buy a pair of Columbia pants when he was last down and they performed quite well considering it was literally pissing rain the whole trip.

The other punter dead giveaway I have noticed is those entire groups of people rocking the Snowgate Motel Berridale hire jackets.

They unstrap and carry their board instead of skating.

I wear tights with trackies over the top on the way dawn to the snow, with either my BW or fy r hoodie, and a singlet and tshirt under..  So I just swap the trackies and snow pants over,

(usually I get dressed, then have a few hours sleep then get up and leave..)

and on the way home I just wear the snow gear i have on.. Minus boots obviously,  although last weekend i changed out of my BW hoodie into my fyve one because the BW one froze and then when it defrosted a bit it was super wet! Lol
