I’ve been playing Kinect Adventures on my Xbox for about an hour every afternoon for nearly 2 weeks because of the crap weather and have found it to be great exercise. Especially my knees have been benefiting from all the movement in different positions at fast pace. It even gets the heart rate up quickly.

100 KG front squats
180 KG deadlifts
70 KG lunges

What sets were you doing the 140kg squats?
I am only back up to 90kg squats but only been doing them again for a month or so.
Did legs today then rowed 1k, now its party time!
I did 147 reps of sailor jerry rum and coke, glass to mouth exercise
Been doing the 1000 Steps in the Dandenong’s all week.

Also been doing a bit of body weight training at home. eg core exercises/pushups etc
1.5 hours of Bikram Yoga this AM.

What sets were you doing the 140kg squats?
That was starting at 60 for 10 (as a warm up), then 80 for 6, 100 for 6, 120 for 4 and finally 140 for 3
Back and bi’s today, so thats 10 sets of 6 (Modified GVT)
-Weighted chins +30 KG 10 x6
-Alternating dumbbell curls 25 KG (EA) 10x6
-T bar row (100 KG) 10x3
-Cable curls into Trex curls into rope curls 3x10

Did the 1000 Steps Monday night 3 times.
Did 6km run with our cross country team yesterday morning, then did the steps again last night 2 times.
Both times I did the steps it was pitch black. Had my head torch on the first night, but it was slowly dying. Last night I took a different head torch but when I went to put it on, it was completely dead so walked in complete darkness so sketchy

Had a bit more exercise than expected today. After doing the 1000 steps yesterday I went for a 3km run this morning, then ended up playing back to back soccer games at indoor tonight cos one of the teams playing after us were short a player. Cant say no to a free game! Won both games which made for a good end to the weekend!

Yeh it does get a bit sketchy in the dark. But I wear a head torch so can see the steps in front of me. Some idiots were doing it with no lights. Just dangerous. One guy and his gf (im assumin) were doing it and all I could hear were screams as she kept slipping and missing steps. As the walked passed me I heard her say “next time we need lights” haha
