Wow that sounds fairly horrible Oz, hope it sorts itself out quick.
My last day of work officially was 27 June and I hadn’t given much of a shit for about 7-8 weeks prior to that and was lucky to be in the office once a week in that time. Tomorrow that all comes to an end at 9am, new job and I will be in the office a lot making the right impression so no daytime surfs or days off down the snow for a while. Silver lining is that I have a job to go to I spose, spent over 3 months out of work twice before and it’s not much fun!
Shit kim, thats effed up!
Get better ASAP girl!
Haha mate you have had it pretty sweet the last couple of weeks, about time you went back to work!
Here’s an interesting one for you all.
Sitting around talking shit after dinner last night and mum notices my face looks funny and the left hand side has dropped (think stroke victim here folks),
Mum decides it is Bells Palsy a form of facial paralysis, most cause by a virus in your 7th facial cranial nerve.
A quick trip to the perisher medical centre this morning confirmed it (they were most fascinated by it as they don’t get walk in’s like that up here most of the time) and I was told not to ski (devo!!!) refused to do that so have based myself at Smigs for the day (yes on what is currently the best day of the season!!)
Wow, that’s not good, oz!!!!!
A mate at work got it and the same thing, the left side of his face had no muscular control!!!!!
It was like that for 6 months, then returned to normal!!!!!
Crazy stuff!!!!!
i hope ya recover quicktime!!!!!
devoed that i didnt go to the snow yesterday… never listening to people again telling me that it would be so windy things will be on wind hold
The forecast was for wind, but only around 50kph!!!!!
Not enough to put them on hold!!!!!
Yeah, there was a few things on wind hold early but from about 10am all was open.
Currently in guthega pub!
