I agree with the above options (though I didn’t know about cow bar.)
...with a day of nothing planned. Is anyone going to be around that wants to hang out, or has suggestions on what to do.
If it’s sunny, get a half dozen brews in your backpack and play frisbee golf in the park. Not a bad way to spend a few hours.
Except you can do that in Australia… Queenstown has tons of amazing things to do that you can’t do here…
Haha,
Well my first though was go snowboarding… if you do that right you shouldn’t need any other suggestions!
Sounded like Franklin just wanted something chill to do.
Personally, I’d pick a heli day if $ aren’t a problem…
$ are a bit of a problem, but I should have enough to get to a bar and start on my hangover for the next day. Bungy jumping is a bit too extreme for me tj.

Really?
Damn…. you’ve lost your shine for me now…
Yeah, sorry Mitchy-Poo… We can’t be friends anymore
Though for a 3 minutes of excitement, $300 isn’t cheap.
It’s really not as bad as you think it will be in your head. I had a blast and I’m scared of heights lol.
Did you watch my video? http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10150972906121283&set=vb.712306282&type=3
Do the canyon swing instead. pretty sure it cost me about half what the bungy costs and it is epic fun!
I know I could bungy, but it is a snow trip.
I also know a few people who have done the swing and they think that is good, but I am going to save them for a summer trip.
My plan was to go to snow park but…... that ain’t gonna happen.
If you don’t have TC or Cardy on your tour, maybe try to get out there. TC is my favourite mountain in NZ with really long runs, good hiking spots and some wicked side country (need to hike out) so it might be worth checking out.
Cardy is fun as well and has good parks but the runs can be a bit short and it’s suspectable to white-outs.
As there has been a lot of snow this year, the Stash hut at the Remarks should be open. Try jumping the house, it’s not overly hard and is a heap of fun.
Can’t see those links TJ
Ahh lame… unfortunately they are on a friends page so I can’t exactly share them.
Sorry all!
nevis bungy in NZ one of the most mental experiences of my life, if you go to queenstown and dont do it youre bananas! haha

Yep, it took me until my second trip to have the balls to do it but it was amazing!
