I’ve realized when I uploaded my design the binding holes from the template of the Topsheet didn’t show up. Is that ok to leave it like that or shall I re-post it again?

Should be fine but you can edit your post if you want. It won’t change the way your design is judged.

Yes, you can. You can use whatever programs you want as long as you submit the designs according to the specifications.
