So I went on a mission tonight to find Pau d’arco in the burbs… 3 chemist later and i decided before it got too late that i should head into the one shop i know has it.
Fast forward 20mins to me being in the middle of Pitt Street, Sydney CBD in a tracksuit!!!
My mum would die!
I got my wonder drugs though! FTW

What dosage do you take of this wonder drug? I was under the impression it was a daily thing (you mentioned it as a vitamin replacement) or are you only dosing up when you feel under the weather?
I found some in my local health store the other day but when I looked at the recommended dosage (something like 6 a day) I realised the bottle wouldn’t go very far.

How have you found it for respiratory issues? 10 weeks and a packet of antibiotics later I still have a nagging cough and relying on ventolin at night. Usually my next step is prednisone (a steroid you don’t want to have to take often) so starting to get to the point where eating bark off a tree is sounding like an option!
DRC - I dose up when I show signs. Last night I popped 4 right away, will keep taking 4, 3 times a day. Maybe through saturday. Then drop back to 2, 3 times a day for maybe 3 days.
I think you should do a couple of days of double dosage and then keep taking it for about a month.
Funny you say respirtory issues, that is my first sign of getting sick. I only need ventolin when I have a cold and I needed ventolin yesterday, a also had a bit of an asthma cough.
Perignoson is actually not as evil as ventolin. Check it out… Ventolin is an evil evil bugger. Appropriate asthma mantanience is steroids NOT ventolin. Ventolin only eases for short term.

Yeah I’m permanently on Seretide as a preventative which is sterioid based.
Prednisone in high enough doses can have pretty nasty side effects which is why the weaning off period is so important and I only use it when my asthma is at it’s worst. They are horribly bitter tablets as well!
This year has been the first time in a while I’ve had to dig out the trusty nebuliser ended up with some decent shakes after the first nebule.
Generally feeling a lot better since I got rid of the infection just a naggy cough now and shortness of breath but it’s the length of time which is concerning.

Where do you buy this wonder drug, been sick for ages and willing to try something new? Does Chemist Warehouse stock it?
