saw this in a shop today, i could really have some fun with one of these
I would wait a year or two until the second gen comes out, that one looks seriously clunky and is pan only, doesn’t have motorised tilt. The next gen will probably have tilt as well as being a lot better at tracking. Maybe third gen will have camera incorporated and be a true PTZ camera that will zoom in and out as required.
It’s a cool idea but the money they’re asking vs the results achievable I reckon it’s a bit exxy right now. Having said that my mates are way more useless than trained orangutans when it comes to shooting video.
yea motorized tilt is one thing i thought it could do with, but then again it could ruin your video having it constantly trying to adjust to your height
Not as bad as missing it altogether cause your too high or too low. In it’s current form it’s pretty damn useless for snow sports.
yea, its more suited for surfing in its current state
I’ve been watching vids and discussing it’s use (on another forum) with people that use these.
Not bad, but like NBG said they will get better with later gen models.

thats a definite! really sucks that its the case, but theres just too many scumbags out there now, especially around the beaches
