Id rather be a boat person than listen to bogan rap
Agree with DylanV in regards to Oasis
Agree with Deano, TJ and Trent in regards to bogan rap
From memory one of my earliest CD purchases (not even going to try to remember Cassette Tapes) was Nirvana Nevermind.
Going by the condition of the covers Oasis - What’s the Story Morning Glory and Blink182 - Dude Ranch also copped a flogging back in the day.
Never really ended up with a big collection of cd’s as Napster/IRC filled that void….
I think Enema of the State was the 3rd Album I got?
Dude Ranch was purchased years later!
A team in the playoffs.
Haha BURN!
Wonderwall by Oasis, best song in the past 20 years. Surferguy’s of his chops
Takes one to know one bruz…
I guess its the younger gen that had majority votes in the count down…
However i stand by my comment, and i know A LOT of people who thing the same, just got on the JJJ facebook page

My 1st 3 albums where Pearl Jam - Ten, Nirvana - Unplugged in NY and Green Day - Dookie. The birth of my musical tastes, and talents! Ha!

Blink was the first major concert I remember going too as well. Found it funny last year when I heard the younguns were cranking the “old school” stuff again.

Was never really a Greenday fan. I still chuck on Unplugged in NY every now and then (don’t really listen to any of the other Nirvana stuff anymore) and it’s an amazing album I actually did a music assignment on it back at high school showing video footage from the concert.
Had the PJ best of on in the car a few weeks back. They have a very strong back catalogue!
Here’s my first album:
Wonderwall is a worthy #1 - there have been far worse in other JJJ countdowns over the years!
Aus hiphop >>> american rap/hiphop
Hilltop/Drapht/Seth Sentry etc actually have some sort of melody and music rather than just “beats” IMO
First 2 albums (bought on same day) paid for with my money were Enema of the State and A Man is Not a Camel (Frenzal Rhomb!)
Wonder wall was worthy of top 10 for sure, but nooo way should it of been no 1 of the last 20 years! Oasis had sooo much to offer with other hits, just that people wont steer away from mainstream hits, Champagne Super Nova was a great track along with Whats the story!
Jeff Buckley should of got in at no 1 or QOTSA!
^THIS
QOTSA isn’t even top 10 worthy in my books, boring songs that seemed to hit it big. Ranga lead singer that doesn’t do anything on the stage and their biggest album was one where they had to get Dave Grohl in.
RHCP, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam or Radiohead all had much bigger / better songs.
Jeff Buckley definitely deserved his songs in the list though, he was awesome!
Buckley should have been number 1.
THIS!!! ^^^^^^
Jeff Buckley
Too old to vote, don’t know how to use computer.
If anyone saw Jeff Buckley live they would know he’s one of the greatest performers of all time.
I don’t really know what this thread is about.
