A good profit over 6weeks when there’s 52 weeks in a year needs to be better than a good profit.
Yep but they could possibly open for the season and then close afterwards. I could only imagine it would be mega packed!

Sorry guys didn’t spend much time in Jindy over the weekend.
But I did go to a new place called “Braised Pork Cafe” which is the new cafe at the previously dive looking place attached to the Petrol station on the highway at Eagle Hawk.
They had a great looking menu and are going with a pulled pork theme. Looked yum and the owner was really nice.
My friend got a coffee and rated it highly.
I will def give the pulled pork a go during winter.

Usually when we do our long trips I cook most nights.. Some times someone else cooks..
but on the first night And one 1 night weekend stays in a motel..
(after driving 6-7 hours and then boarding all day I don’t wana cook…).
and our go to place is Bacco Italian Restaurant, in nuggets crossing in jindy
usually we get a few pizzas and share one of the guys and I religiously get the supreme /special pizza.. And Mr.h0z usually gets pasta.. We always return here… As its quick, easy, usually really close to our accommodation, and isn’t too pricey.. We order.. Shop at woolies for a few supplies and grab it on the way out..
I give it 4 153 and a 102cm snow boards (4.5ish?) out of 5. (haha better Ozzie??)

we found it in 2010, first year down as a group and my first time driving.. (other trips had been with school) we stayed at pats patch (ask spaz about that place) and we were so tired the first night and no one wanted to cook.. So we went down to woolies for 2 min noodles.. And some other stuff.. Walked past it on the way in and quickly changed our minds.. Pizzas sounded awesome.. Now we go a few times a year, through out the season..
