Fcukshit asrehole, work is turning into the biggest clusterfcuk in the world right now. I have so much shit to deal with with reports and audits and all kinds of shit cause some fcuken morons in the Melbourne office can’t get their shit together and it’s making me look like I don’t know what I’m doing. Stress and resultant cortisol levels through the roof at the moment, I have some work to do tomorrow morning, been on the phone for the last 3 hours trying to sort this crap out and get other people to do their jobs properly. I so need to check my lottery ticket from last night.
Went to wax my board this morning and turned it upside down…god damn i’m going to need a base grind…
Just buy a new one like I did ha ha ha ha ha ha. Actually I got the summer wax put on my T Rice and it’s been sitting on display in my lounge room all summer so it’s good to go.

Devo, my lottery ticket was a winning ticket…..........................for $24, hardly spend the rest of your life, it paid for the initial outlay and my coffee this morning but precious little else.

Looks like there’s a few of us itching to try out our new boards! Mines all waxed and scraped, stupid sea air has already put rust on some of the edges so might need to hit it with a gummy.
I’ll be the gumby catching edges all day getting to grips with camber! 
You think you’re doing someone a favour whereby they can make themselves look good with what you have provided them, instead of taking the rope and making themselves a nice ladder to climb up they turn it into a noose and hang themselves. Unfortunately a small amount of the blame rubs off on me, I’m going to go have a pre-emptive chat with the MD to head this one off at the pass.
In actual fact the real reason this is a problem is because someone else monumentally fcuked up on another project and it’s 10% of the total project value in the hole and now APAC is going over everything with w fine tooth comb and throwing back catastrophic worst case scenarios on everything they find a small issue with. They are particularly risk averse at present understandably but it’s making everyone elses job harder.
I don’t expect anyone to really know WTF I’m going on about it but it helps to vent my frustrations. Oh and it may have an $11k bearing on my immediate future, chickens before they hatch and all that. It’s like leaving all your eggs in a temperature controlled safe environment and handing them over to someone whose sole responsibility is to turn them once a day and not only can they not do that they decide to go apeshit with a hammer, use them as machine gun target practice and then set off a claymore in the room to make sure everything is well and truly FUBAR.
I know exactly how you feel, dealt with a situation like that when i was project managing in Melbourne.
