relaxing my back and legs after this mornings weight lifting comp.
Absolutely shattered after a day of racing on the harbour.
The course was a bit crazy and required a bit of back and forth and you turns around bouys instead of sort of 90 deg turns and i was feeling a bit sea sick midway through. And it was a long race! And we didn’t do very well, so it was even longer for us!
My last Saturday night at home! But i tell you i am so tired i don’t think I could have gone out anyway.
Oh and I got a nice blush of colour so will be heading to Japan with a bit of a tan!
I even got a chance to steer today! This was before the start.
The division starting before us - heaps went over the start before the time and had to double back!
This boat was one of two boats that came in after us. But check out all the Etchells in the backgound. The World Champs were in town this weekend.
Going out to dinner tonight then trying to edit a video for the skate video/editing competition!
Today I suspect I’ll be sleeping.
Friday - finished work early and was sleepy ninighs by 11pm but for some reason woke at 2:30am and couldn’t get to sleep until 7am (I did get a big chunk of this final dance video that’s been nagging me done)
Saturday - After 2hrs sleep was up again at 9am and putting away coffee’s as I sorted out the crap in my head.
4pm headed off to work.
Forgot to stop for fuel because I stopped to refuel my belly and drove passed the servo while munging down Macca’s. 10min early for work I helped set the restaurant then got “laccueva” readied - the other cocktail barperson was away and our backup called in sick.
Dashed to the shops for candlers. Tried to get fuel (the trip meter indicated I had 1km left) but just missed the local servo.
First customer didn’t arrive until 7:20 for a quick one while they waited for their train.
By 8pm I was bored and back in the restaurant flirting with the waitresses and annoying the kitchen staff. Then bam - 8:30 The cocktail dressed crowed finally found lacueva (our 3rd weekend open). Straight up - 2 “Mexican Mist” at my suggestion, then 7 more!!!! - after word spread through the bar, then restaurant.
Then it was crazy - at times I had 5 cocktails going at once, a shaker in each hand and free pouring Tequila while being asked for a wet pussy.
At 2:10am took some weight off my legs while I went to get petrol. 15min later was back in the cave mopping the floor. Finished cleaning by 3:15 and was pulling up at home at 3:50.
Sunday - while driving home made a winter plan in my head - I jotted it down before hitting the hay sometime after 4am. Woke at 7:10am I should head to the coast for a surf but the Ford Territory is booked for a service tomoz - it’s full of rubbish, bottles, clothes, toys and bedding. It is mum’s car so I better clean it out before she see’s what I’ve been doing in it!!!!

So tomorrow I am going water skiing then in the evening it is a friends brithday. She is American so we are going to try out Margaritaville in Darling Harbour

Tonight heading to Ivy for Drinks - friend just finished her Masters and got PR.
Tomorrow I am sailing in a race on the harbour!
Sunday I am heading to the Pyrmont Festival/ Mudgee Wine festival.

Cleaning the house for an inspection, Soccer tomorrow afternoon and then the Half Marathon on Sunday morning (hopefully) followed by pancakes and breakfast beers.
