That Ewan Donnachie vid is all-time. Some of the best go-pro footage from the ocean I’ve seen. Interestingly enough the same guy got incredible footage from inside Shippies, too.

yeah it seems familiar to me, too. Water colour makes me think of Deadmans, but I’ve never seen it from a pulled back view so got no idea.

Not in Sydney, not even in Australia and this is one of the only shots I could find that wasn’t a dead giveaway of where it is. I can put another shot up that might help.

The only wave i can think of is steamer lane. Its definitely not pigeon point area.
Yeah it’s Steamer Lane mate, most of the other shots of the joint are massive giveaways so was a little more creative.
I didn’t get any waves on my trip up that way coz i only had limited time but the big sur area up to Santa Cruz looked really good potentially.But the German chic i was travelling looked way better. Mmmm.

haha Deebs, I haven’t been overseas, only surfed the east coast of Aust (but extensively). My knowledge of OS breaks comes from reading surf mags and I haven’t done that since the internet was invented.

Growing up in tassie, i went to school and I’m still good mates with a lot of the tassie shippies chargers.. Ive been down there a couple of time, but never when its really big… The place makes you feel so small.. Down there the ocean rules, not you…
However all the boys are super nice and willing to show you around. If ya ever down there let me know and ill line up some local fun for ya!!
