STICKER HELP

Hey guys need some help

Got some new stickers for my board but every time I stick i new one on it gone after the first shred….

What am I doing wrong???

What board do you have? More spefically what is the top sheet like. Some topsheets dont like stickers. Is it textured/matte in anyway?

Make sure the topsheet is 100% clean of any dirt/dust/crud/wax. It needs to be 100% dry before applying the stickers. Room temperature is also important. Dont do it in very cold or very hot environments as it could effect the glue

Its on my lib-tech I have two stickers that have decided to stay on there, but the rest wont….

I have never really cleaned it before putting them on maybe that is my problem

Ask the missus for some non acetone nail polish to clean the topsheet with. Dry with a towel before applying the stickers

You are taking the backing off the stickers before trying to stick them on, right?

hhahahaha too funny!!

I use a small amount of metho on a tissue.. Then wipe clean/dry with another tissue.  My boards done a season (21 days iirc) and only stickers to come off have been from careless people in the lift line..

mines the one second from the right.. and everything on the dark blue at each end is a sticker..

Holy scrap h0z you were right you customize the shirt out of everything..

Hahah wilms!! That I do!  (best thing about it.. Is it’s original.. And if it ever gets taken, I can spot it so easily.. )  and I like customising things, it makes them feel like they are really mine!

haha the coloured ones at the top are all little roxy symbols, then 2 white snow flakes, and a set of pink hearts, the large heart says snow bunny, and at the bottom.. There is the perisher symbol and it says perisher under it, then a balmoral boards sticker and a pow sticker.. I’ve since added a curved billabong one around the bottom edge and a foursquare and a few other roxy ones.. I’m going to add a BW and oi mate and a few of the brand stickers from the pack I got, oooh, and a buse one too!

Seriously though, alcohol wipes are your friend. You need to clean the surface super well, and you need to let the stickers set for at least 12 hours before putting them on the snow.

and when you have prepped your board for stickers, you can suck the last bit of alcoholic goodness out

But make sure you put it in a shoe first.
