As a result of the injury there is an imbalance of cartilage on either side that I need to even out- until then the knee is pretty much always sore and I can’t put direct pressure on it without feeling like I’m sticking a knife into it
Can you do it manually? That’s what I do/did whenever mine gets squished out.
Wont they just remove the cartilage anyway?
In any case you will suffer pain from it (especially in these colder months).
Do you wear a compression stocking? Makes a huge difference for me.
