OK 2 conflicting things to say.
1. Ozgirl gets to dress up and do burn outs in Dylans ute. Whilst Dylan has to wear a dress and hand his keys over to someone who tries to ski on a skateboard? How on earth is this fair?
It’s win/win for Oz and Lose/Lose for Dylan!
2. I owned a BEAUTIFUL RX-7, loved it to pieces. BUT I did let my g/f of the time drive it.
My thoughts are if your girl can blow your engine just by driving it, then you need to upgrade your engine.
If she can’t drive in a straight line without hitting something, well, upgrade your girlfriend.

I really like the FC (s4) - the model before it went heaps curvy, (FD)

The first car I bought when I was an apprentice was an RX-7 was a series 2 SA. Beautiful yellow beast. Not that fast, but just nice to cruise. I rebuilt everything and then she got destroyed by that huge hail storm in Gosford :’(
Then I got a Series 5 FC. Gun Metal Grey. This one was a 13B Turbo Savanna. Way faster and I tuned it up as much as I could afford. She ran 12s on the quarter mile. Loved that car. Drifted to and from work, up and down the snowy mountains roads for years until I finally decided to be slightly more sensible and bought a WRX. I still love cars but have stopped dumping money into them since now I am an instructor and have no money to dump into anything lol
