How do you split expenses with yr board mates??

Hey board-lovers,

when taking trips with your mates, how do you split expenses without getting into each other’s hair?

We do it like this: whoever’s got some cash on them pays for everyone else’s stuff (restaurant, apartment, ski-pass, rental car etc). To find out who owes what to whom in the end, we created a nifty online tool:

that is a pretty cool site actually, but mainly just pay for everything ourselves & split stuff like fuel equal day by day

It needs an IOU/UOME section for people like Jeremy, that welch on things like Chicken Wings and Beers etc!!!!!
