Is it just that I’m colour blind that I see little difference between boy/girls?

Was a perfect day for it Lano!

I get on a plane on Thursday to Tonga, according to the virtual buoys there is a 4-6ft swell with a 15 second period for the Friday, I’m hoping that equates to 3-4ft surf on the reefs at least!

Nice, looking forward to your TR when you get back.

Stoked after a fantastic weekend, really loving the return to summer temperatures! Yeah I’m craving the snow but I’d be happy if it was 30 degrees every day until we get there.

An extra dose of stoke that I have today off making it a 3 day working week!  dance

I am stoked… been doing the maths on how many Fridays I have worked this year…

I worked my last Friday in December on 14th. Since then I have been in the office on 2 Fridays this year.

Due to Easter I get this Friday off. Next week is only a 3 day week (Easter Monday and Flexi Friday).

So by the end of April I will have only worked 4 Fridays!

Woot Woot!

Will this equate to 3 day snow weekends?

I’m trying to re-jig my schedule to have every second Monday off. Not particularly good for business or my wallet but hopefully it leads to some quiteish days at Perisher.

Yes! Hopefully grin

I am weighing up what to do for winter…

And Mondays off is an idea at this stage!

But not having to fight the Sydney traffic on a Friday night is tempting (if I continued to take Fridays off as I am now)

DRC can you up your hours on the days you work? Or a you paid a daily rate not hourly?

Let me know we might be able to make some arrangements closer to the season!

I initially started hourly but when I realised I could knock over the work quicker as time went on I switched to a daily rate where I got payed the same (I pretty much get away with a 5hr day)

I had 10 locked in schools which I did on a fortnightly rotation. 1 of those schools is only small so I’ve pretty much got them self sufficient which has been freeing up 1 of the 10 days.

I’m very much lifestyle over work/money so while I could pick up additional schools or after hours work (small businesses/households) I’m pretty happy with being able to spend more time like this (I’m about to walk out the door for another day soaking up this weather!)
