Anyone’s fisherman?
^ Australian Salmon, I was told they dont rate a good eating… there are some agures in other fishing forums.
I wondered you NSW fisherman like eating them… just out of my curious
Most NSW fisherman don’t eat them (a lot of them have never tasted them though).
You go to SA and everyone eats them.
Me, I like them, but like mentioned, they are crap if you don’t bleed them and don’t eat them fresh.
Throw them in a red curry and they are great!
I’ll gladly swap a flathead or a flounder for most fish!!!!!
Some people like to eat Bonito too, but even when bled and then the blood lines removed, it still tastes like crap to me!!!!!
Some Aussie salmon cooked up last night, was delicious and mum and daddy’s first time trying it. They thoroughly enjoyed it 
worth a try for those who have caught them but never eaten them
And last night, cooked Sundays catch. Caught a couple of Aussie salmon and threw it n the BBQ wrapped in foil with garlic butter smeared all over it

I am with you on that Silent. Damm I am going fishing this weekend.
The Dartmouth dam is at 98% capacity, which means I can get my tinny in close (reasonably) to home and see if I can trick a trout into thinking my lure or fly is a real bug 
Saturday is looking the goods.

Unfortunately didn’t fish due to long battle with wet and windy through cyclones this year.
Alternately I found a way to please me to catch some mud crabs in little creek behind my new job’s workshop…

I had a buffet in Japan where they had King Crab Legs!!!!! Damn near ate myself to death!!!!!

its been too long since ive been and put some traps out, the last thing i had that tasted kinda similar was fresh water yabbies out of the murray down in mildura
might throw a line out after work next week at cabarita beach if the weathers alright
