Same as last time Spaz very unpredictable, that ended up being pretty big on a couple of occasions though so I’m hopeful. As per last time the wind is all over the place but up here I have a few options for basically every kind of swell and wind direction other then straight east really. 20kph NE wind is no problem at my local really but I think it’s going to be a case of you won’t know until the day.
Buoyweather is showing 4.8m av and 6.5m peak wave heights on Saturday morning, judging from what that size translated too last swell it will be solid if it comes through. Current wind predictions mean I have somewhere to surf until 11am when it goes straight east. Sunday is sposed to be offshore till 8am and then swing round to the north which is no drama where I am, I actually like it as it tends to make it look more wild and woolly than it is but waves faces are still clean and keeps the crowds down.
What’s it like today,
Ther will be great banks around after last night!
And I’m in the city a keen! Just have to get this shoot out of the way.
Flat as a tack down here on the surf coast. Shame as there is a nice light northerly blowin. Went for a paddle board this morn so it wasnt a complete loss.
Had a friends Bday last night so I feel a little shady, havent even looked at it yet.
Judging from clovelly the tide is making the waves to full.
I haven’t slept yet (apart for 45min sitting upright in the car). I’m not really in a state to jump into to gnarly a wave and am going home to get some Z’s.
too tired to even go to bowl a Rama.
