Stoked; today, after weeks of stress I found the missing footage I needed to finish 2months of editing dance footage. The footage was the last 5 items, of the last concert - when the concert ran over time I used a random tape but didn’t label it (I have +500hrs of tapes).
The tape was a master of snow footage from 2002 that was used in places like the Keller and Schuss Bar. I had almost given up looking and had gone through 10hrs of tapes before coming across the snow footage, I decided to watch the video to reminisce the days thredbo had a half pipe and people I had riden with and my old editing style. There were some credits on the end and when they finished, poof! there it was.
A massive stress off my shoulders. All that’s left is to make the DVD, burn 100 copies and deliver to complete the orders. Then I can enjoy summer.
I received an email from Perisher today informing me i have an interview for a role this upcoming winter.
Almost forgot i even applied.
Stoked I started a new role today - but multiple reasons to be stoked on top of that.
- can drive to work. 20mins to & 15mins home!
- Good salary
- 9 day fortnight, handy when winter comes!!
- My “day off” works out that i get a 3 day birthday weekend. and potentially a 4 day weekend for ANZAC day.
- Contract ends in July. Nice time of the year to take a week or two off 
And I get the warm fuzzy feeling of helping sick kids

Thanks! Yeah most people had doubts, even someone who works for the RTA said that even he can’t get out of fines and they don’t listen. I still had to give it a shot! :D

yer and they change the material in the course aswell :(( but oh well gotta do it i will be so stoked when its done and over !!!
Stoked today is my Friday.
And tomorrow I fly to melbourne to road trip with Billy to Chill Hill!!
