Hey all,
Has anyone stayed or are staying in any of the accommodation offerings by Season It or Rideonwhistler for the
season?
Curious as to whether it’s a good option or there are cheaper ways for similar style.
I ask cause i’d like to get my residence saughted out before I head to whistler in september for the 2013/14 season and are just a little curious as to whether craigslist would work when im not in whistler to view the place?
Ideas??? Thanks heaps

It is always harder when you aren’t there to view the house but there are ways around this.
Shaner (member on here) offers a service to view houses on your behalf. He has had a lot of success in the past.
Finding your own house through the Pique or Craigslist will always be the cheapest option.

Thanks rider26,
I check craigslist and pique a couple of times a week.
Guess im sussing out my options in regards to comfort (private room).etc. Ideally the places from rideonwhistler are great cause id love to meet a whole bunch of people but able to have my privacy too. if i could organize something similar but cheaper would be awesome.
whats the best option if i find a place then need to find roomates to share?
Ride On Whistler could be a good option for sure. Probably pricier as you’re paying for a service but definitely less stress. I was close to staying there a couple of seasons ago in their Brio house.
You need a solid group of people to lease a house. You’d want them to have jobs and solid references. Otherwise your best bet might be trying to find a listing for a room in a house. It’s definitely harder when you aren’t in Whistler to inspect or meet potential housemates.
