What exercise did you do today?

Yesterday I walked home from the mechanics! 1.7km well chuffed with myself (previously i have cabbed it LOL) I will most likely walk back when the car is ready.

Today I did 4km SUP, played a set of tennis, took about 40mins and then had a 1.5hr surf, and I still managed to do about 6 hours of work.

Played indoor soccer or work (lunch time legends), played 2 hours of tennis, went to Pilates and now in bed.

I do this when I get my car serviced.. Drop.it off about 8am and walk home.. From brookvale to north Narrabeen - About 8kms.. Takes me about 2 hours.. I love the view of the beaches on the way.. (longreef, collaroy and Narrabeen)  - usually get a lift back to the car as at 3/4pm when it done it’s usually pretty warm outside.. And 8kms is a decent walk.. Lol


I took mine and Mr.h0zs dogs for a walk/run through the bush yesterday.. Probs about 2.5/3kms..

Been walking my dog the last 3 nights.. 3-4kms a day. smile

( brought a pedometer.. Too see how much I walk a day at work.. Your supposed to walk 10,000 steps a day.. I do that at work alone most days.. Got to a bit over 15,000 on Monday, and been averaging 12,000-13,000..  Also walking about 14-15 flights of stairs a day.. ( did 30 yesterday cos I ran up the like 60 or so stairs on the bush track.. Twice lol))

4km SUP this morning, 7.3kmh average speed, 1.5 hour surf the sarvo and then I went and had 5 Coronas and Braza for dinner, BIG MEAT BABY expected in the birthing suite tomorrow morning!

Yep definitely would!! Although idk about the next morning.. Trying to board when that full.. And with the extra weight!! Hahahaha

went to the gym for the first time in 6 months when i was down melbs.

Went to my mates crossfit gym but only did some weights, was walking around barefoot due to the fresh foot tattoo so no WOD’s were done. Chest is so effing sore now

3x chinups to failure (only about 5 each set lolz)
lat pulldowns - 12x6plates, 12x7plates, 12x8plates.
lever seated high row - 12x50kg, 12x60kg, 12x70kg
lever seated low row - 12x30kg, 12x30kg, 12x30kg, 12x30kg
seated cable rows - 5 plates: 4sets x 12 reps
back extensions: 15x0kg, 15x5kg, 15x10kg, 15x10kg
stiff leg deadlifts - 12x30kg, 12x35kg, 12x40kg
stationary bike at level 4 for 15mins, kept it above 80rpm, heart rate was between 145-150 bpm

I’ve been pretty lazy lately.
Just getting whatever exercise I do at work.
h0z thats about how many steps I take during work in a busy 4hr shift.
I walk 50km-80km just at work each week.
