Happy Australia day BW!!
Wasn’t meant to work in the bar last night but AuDay kicked off at 11:30 it seems with people pouring into the bar. I had just finished my waiter shift, drank a liter of h2o followed by a beer. Knew a heap of the crew coming in and it got busier so ended up behind the bar serving drinks. Once I shuffled everyone out at 2:30am I was easily enticed by some girls to take them to the beach and go skinny dipping.
At the beach there were a number of people with a sound-system at the waters edge. The mood was raised when clothes started dropping…
I was pretty stoked with this scenario because I had left my boardies at home and only had jeans.
Fell asleep watching the sky change colour, woke up with a layer of sea-salt and sand on my body and felt more uncomfortable with the humidity and wearing jeans. Cranked up the air-con and headed home to my bed.
Woke up at 11:56am just in time to start streaming the j’s.
Ate the chicken burrito that had sat in the car all night/morning after over heating it in the microwave.
A coffee and I’m starting to feel more alive.
Working tonight 5pm-3am (if the burrito hasn’t killed me). Trying to get motivated to go for a surf before work.
I feel tired, hot, sweaty and reckon a beer might cure it, but no! surf, work and the rumbling in my gut says I shouldn’t.
I’ve woken up feeling like a squashed meat pie

Spent the afternoon cooking Bbq for a group of ladies, great day and hopefully the thunder I’m hearing will kill some of this humidity!! Happy Oz Day everyone!!! 
Ahhhhh!! I’m burnt to a crisp!! Lol.. even put sun screen on.. damn my pasty-ness from working in door all the time!!
Happy oz day friends!! By the way, I’m back!!! Had such an awesome time, didn’t want to leave :( TR ASAP, I’ve been non-stop since I’ve been back!!! Haven’t even had a chance to look at pics!
Its still Aus day here. Spent it cleaning cabins and listening to the oils! Home from work now and definitely having a beer….just wish it was a VB!
