Classifieds forum?
Hi there, I just wanted to know if there is a classifieds forum on here. For instance if I wanted to buy a second hand board or whatnot. I’m not big off buying from eBay/gumtree, I’d rather stay within the community here.

I sure if you ask advice about what board would suit you, talk about what you are looking at buying, a member may or not have one or something and then contact yourself via PM to talk about it more

Yep, Azz is right. there isn’t really a forum for classifieds as we don’t want this to turn into people getting cheap boards and trying to make a profit on them. (I’ve seen it happen on other forums.)
But If you post what you are looking for we should have some suggestions and many of us have good quality boards we don’t currently use (I have a brand new Signal OG Matt Hammer Pro 150 I bought for a friend who never paid me for it…) which might be suitable. Probably better to let us know where you are as well as boards are expensive to ship. If you’re in Perth, it might not be wise to buy a board from me in Sydney…
Even better if you keep your eyes on the forums you’ll find hints as to the places BWM leave a board after a snow trip. Hey Tj?
I’m a forum lurker and this is the only decent aussie snowboarding forum. I’ve been snowboarding for around 12 years, hardbooting for around 3. I actually wanted to see if anyone had any freeride gear they’re looking to get rid of or trade. I guess I’ll head back to eBay =\
It’s a shame there’s no classifieds forum. I’ve seen a lot of posts on forums where people will pick up items on ultimate bargain sales and then sell it on forums for a dece prof. Never had a problem with it as a member, but I understand how this can be detrimental to sponsorship arrangements.
Plenty of stuff gets sold on here by members.
There is also a thread going were members give away their unused stuff for free.
And not forgetting the abundant amounts of gear the sponsors give away in competitions. Believe me it’s worth hanging around and staying active.
At the annual Boardworld Shred there are around 20 demo boards for attendees to ride so get involved, get to the shred and you could end up getting a board for free.
