Aussie died in whistler this week,
Not sure who, or if any one on here knows them,
they haven’t released a name for the familys sake,
always sad when this happens…
especially so young.
So sad.

I have never been to Whistler but how steep is the piste? They would have to be back country to get a face that dangerous.

I’ve been to Whistler too, and there is an abundance of steep, tree studded stuff to bring ya unstuck!!!!!

Yep heaps of steep and they were trying to do the right thing too walking! His poor girlfriend being there at the time :-(
It doesn’t take a steep run to make it dangerous. Just saying.
Death will get us all one day and there are worse places than while doing what you love.
Sounds like he was a top bloke. Small community in SA are now without one of their best young blokes. :(
