Implying that the goggles don’t also have vents like any other goggle you buy . . .

No, they probably “have vents like any other goggle you buy” - but regular goggles only have to vent the small part of your face around your eyes - NOT a large portion of your head.

Implying . . . that you wouldn’t buy it the same as any normal jacket - oversized to fit extra layers underneath . . .

Does the promo pic show it worn “oversized to fit extra layers underneath”? I wonder why not?

Did you consider that if it was worn “oversized to fit extra layers underneath”, the lenses may not sit in the proper position, or might flop around?

Do you usually get your hair stuck in zips?

*sigh* Do you usually zip closely fitting garments over your head?

I’m sure tying any long hair in a pony tail or leaving it down the back will more than suffice in keeping it from being caught in the zip - the picture clearly shows that the zip really only comes over the face and there in an inner layer over the top of the head anyway.

The picture clearly shows some type of hair covering - most likely to stop hair getting caught in the zip.

Also, if you’re going hiking, I doubt you would feel the need to hike with it zipped up.

It’s likely that anyone hiking with it not zipped up would need to bring an extra set of eyewear. Fail.

So i have been meaning to share this pic for a while now.

I thought the jacket in this thread was a myth or at the very least a prototype… Well this is my friend wearing it in a shop in Tokyo!
