Good Design Thread
Ok, so we come across stuff that is awesome design all the time.
Chucky showed it this beauty recently,
and if i could be bothered searching, there was an awesome set of knives too.
So, twice a day, everyday, I brush my teeth and marvel at the awesome design of the packaging that my toothpaste comes in.
Ok, its just a tube of toothpaste you say? Look closely and you will still say the same thing, you need to touch, feel & use this product to understand 
We get this at Aldi, so no doubt its cheap. The things that stoke me are;
1. The lid is designed so it can stand on its end. So all of the paste is ready to go at the nozzle end of the tube. No squishing the paste up to get some out.
2. The lid is quarter turn to get it on and off. Fucken brilliant, I ain’t got time to waste doing a full twist to get a lid off !!!
3. The plastic it is made of maintains its shape, so you don’t end up with a messed up, crumpled heap like with the metal type tubes.
What more can I say, great design, its makes my day, twice a day, everyday (apart from when we run out and I have to use charcoal)
Those Germans are clever buggers 
Please add anything that is designed well and gets you stoked.
Dakine back packs get me stoked too.
When it comes to Toothpaste this is the king!!!!! Been usin them for a few years now!!!!!

Had to get ya outta the pool somehow!!!!!
Still use my DaKine Heli Pro, been going for over a decade even took it surfing once. Not one broken stitch (the elastic on the front pouch has seen better days).

Opposable thumb, grippy surface, long pointy bits, these mofos are the epitome of good design!
Very prone to abuse though!!!!!
Bear in mind that “good design” and a good ideas are not the same thing. Genuinely good design should be useful, effective AND aesthetically pleasing.
