Face-covers
I can only seem to find Airhole stocked at most Australian stores, are they any good? Should I look for another brand?

Neff smiley face - 1 sz fits all….good if it fits you…abit too big for me but overall im happy with it
have the airblaster terryclava for really cold conditions….eg have not either used in Australia
several SB/forum/celtic bandanna ones. really are only sun protection more than anything
my favourite one to use is Japan FCB? brand one….comes with ear loops and separate flaps for mouth

The good part about the Airhole is that you can displace ya moisture laden breath out through the hole to some extent!!!!!
Otherwise, this moisture gets trapped in ya mask, makin it damp along with anythin else that comes into contact with it, then as soon as ya hit the cold, it freezes and transfers that cold to ya face, neck wherever!!!!! It kinda does what ya breathable outerwear does!!!!! To a certain extent!!!!!

Also stops your moist breath from traveling up inside the mask into your goggles causing fogging
Yeah, I try and run the mask just against the foam on my goggle so it stops that too!!!!!
I farckin hate fogged up goggles!!!!! Pisses me orf!!!!!

it doesnt freeze up or hold moisture…until it gets really fing cold
in which case i swap out for the terryclava
my only annoyance with airhole is the fact you can see your tounge/teeth through the hole. i have been meaning to sew a patch of black mesh on the inside of my mask to help prevent it…

Airhole all the way! All my other face masks just end up freezing up all the time and Im stuck with copping face shots without a face mask!
black strap are the best. Fyve sell them. try their online store.
I got a few ‘clast’ branded face covers for now. Couldn’t find any airhole ones when I was in Melbourne. It seems the snowboard shops have emptied their stock and replaced it with surf stuff instead so slim pickings.
If I find them shit, I will look around Hakuba.

i have airhole, but i will be getting the Fyve/Black Strap one next. airhole tends to slide down even when i put the rear of it up over the top of my head, black strap would eliminate that entirley.
