Our builder had a competition running that was announced earlier this year. The first 10 people to sign and exchange contracts with them went in the draw.
The draw was done last week and each person had to draw a key out of a container, whichever opened the door, won. Dark picked the right key 
We even got a big novelty cheque Happy Gilmore style
