So stoked, so nerve wracking watching that!
Yeah, it was like waitin for a baby to be born!!!!!
Even Parko looked as nervous as shit watchin that heat!!!!! And this is a guy that charges Teahupoo!!!!!
I think that Slaters heat against Kerrsy was the first time in his career where when it really counted the ocean failed to deliver, I couldn’t believe it!
Yeah, I was waitin for a bomb to come out of nowhere in the last 30 seconds!!!!!
After Kerr got that 9 pointer the ocean just switched off, and the cross wind looked like it picked up even more!!!!!
Amazing. World champ. Boom.
I could’ve sworn that Box Head was around here a minute ago?????
Take your meds, dude.
I was pretty much glued to the TV from his first to last heat. Seems I spent most of my time on the edge of it though, I can’t think of another sporting event where I was more emotionally invested and to have that result was just epic! Can’t think of a more deserving winner, 10-12 years on tour, runner up 3 times then to cap the title with the Pipe Masters title was unbelievable, so stoked.
Well said mate.
Yep - Giddy Up, Parko!
