I just got a phone call about 20mins ago saying they are going honour my policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t recall what this was about, but well done!

Mud - sadly on the Oct long weekend I rolled my car just outside of Jindabyne. As stressful as that was I found out my insurance had lapse (direct debit fail) but I was adamant that I would have not let that happen.

Luckily I work with an ex litigation lawyer who has been helping me fight it for the last 3mths. Today they called me and told me that they had done some deep investigation and found that I had in fact called to ask them to fix it (ie re try the direct debit) and that they had NOT in fact done this. So they have admitted negligence and will honor my claim!
