Well he got shafted by JB in Westfield Sydney (they didn’t hold the order my mate made over the phone).  He ended up getting them for just under $485 each from JB in Melb.  I believe there are some other places stocking them for about $490.

man i spent 570 on mine with an sd card haha ripped lol but currently updating mine as we speak

Hahaha!! Yeh that’s just ridiculous!! Especially since they are getting more soon anyways.. Id rather wait then pay what is essentially double!!!

I paid $468 for the camera and split $45 shipping between 3 of us..  Got an 8gb micro sdhc already.. And have a 32gb on its was from a shop on eBay (from Sydney) for $30

And when your done with the time lapse, post a link!! I’ve played with it a bit but haven’t had heaps of time today.. Hopefully get something decent with it tomorrow!

Been asking myself this question for a long time.

Now I just accept there’s no such thing.

Some 4k shot this week on the NSW South Coast.

But note: IT’S VIMEO therefore it’s reduced to 720 at best.
Not a great indication of the camera’s ability but more of the person shooting within the camera and it’s settings parameters.

nice footage, but need to see the raw to see how sharp it is.
