Some programs have a “screen capture” feature but it’s essentially doing the same thing. I’m not sure if the quality would differ much or at all?
You might have more luck in the Photography and Filming subforum?
Mizu is right though. Most decent video playback programs i.e VLC have an inbuilt screen capture function which will export a still image.
