I’m not the best with nollie heel flips but i checked out the video, it looks as though your front foot is almost scooping the board like a shuvit, try make your front foot do more of a straight nollie.
but like with all tricks, they just take time, as lots of trial and error practice!

I have to agree with baskwith. You seem to rotating your shoulders also, making yourself rotate baskside when you are trying to keep yourself going straight. Remember with any straight flip trick the only difference between it being an ollie or nollie is the flick of the foot. So your shoulders and body position shouldn’t change, just the foot position that is going to flick the board.
