After watching the first episode I was really surprised at how much goes into making a news program. Even more so at how much still goes on while the show is on air, and how much info they get on the fly.
I don’t know if it’s how it’s done here, but it was enthralling.

My sister is a floor manager, part of why she is needed is to silently communicated the directors instructions to the anchor. Cause things are forever updating on the fly!

Just downloaded Battle Castles doco series and watched the first episode while having dinner last night. Looks good!

The EP does not talk directly to the anchor here - the Floor Manager is the silent go between.
But yeah lots does happen on the fly when big stories are unfolding.

Have had it sitting on my HDD for a couple of days but think I’m going to let them get a few episodes in before I start watching.
Fingers crossed it maintains it’s momentum of the second half of the season not the sleep inducing efforts of the first half.

I was telling beesekay that I predicted sites like The Pirate Bay would be swamped shortly after it aired - and sure enough, torrent sites went NUTS!
