Devostasted to hear that our school soccer coach, Hammy, passed away earlier this week at the age of 71. He was the kindest, friendliest and most joyful I think i’ve know. Always making people smile. A legend in Aussie soccer and great coach/friend for us and our students. RIP you wee lil Scottsman

Finally got in to see the Chiro.

I didn’t think I was that bad but man I am in pain now (the manipulation doesn’t hurt but your muscles do after the fact due to you body being put in a better/right position).

I apparently have bruising down my spine and I have some new bruises today (he said even more will still come out)

Again very very lucky to have walked away with only the aches and pains I do have!
