Buying mitts, suggestions?

So im in desperate need of new hand protection for next season and i figure the end of the season is the cheapest time to get it.
I need some pretty waterproof stuff for the sludge we australians call snow and im thinking mittens instead of gloves.
Can anybody suggest anything? even if its just a brand to look into

i did right when i saw it i just couldnt find the mittens il go back on now and have a propper search so dont worry your effort wasnt wasted

I have a pair of Celtek ‘Philly’ mittens which I’m really impressed with. Rode with them for most of the season over in whistler and they haven’t worn a bit, still look like new. Only catch is that they are super warm so don’t go for their warmer rated gloves for aus conditions.

i hve celtek gloves i bought in Tahoe. Super epic, but as finney said, real warm so i only wear them in OZ on cold days.

I might go buy some Rad love gloves actually.

I’ve got the celtek phily mitts as well and they are super warm! will definately make your hands sweat on warm days!

I use Burton Ak series mitts, they are just a shell, then I use either the liners supplied, or Fyve gloves in them depending on how cold it is.

I get really hot and sweaty hands and hate wearing gloves. I have found the Fyve pipe gloves excellent until it gets really cold.

I have had a hard time finding the AK mitts in Oz though.

Can’t find anyone with Rad gloves in stock in Sydney! I want to get a pair before I go to Japan (I lost my other gloves, got the inners, but the main gloves, fucked if I know where they got to!).
