New Board help!
Hey guys!
So I’m already thinking about what board I should get next year. I probably don’t need a new board but I would like to start building a quiver. At the moment I ride a 155 burton blunt with union forces and size 10 boots. I mainly ride all mountain but am starting to get into the park alot more. I weight 75kg but that will probably go up by next winter haha. I was looking at a few boards such as
> DC Mega 150.5
> YES Jackpot 152
> K2 parkstar 152
> Capita midlife zero 151
I’m up for any other suggestions as well or if anyone has these boards what they think about them or any other advice.

Hey Swizzy, I’ve mostly ridden in aus and I ride a 157cm Parkstar all mountain and on pow/fresh days and a 151 K2 WWW in the park. I use my Union Forces on both those boards as well.
They’re both pretty similar in terms of base profile flat, and slight rocker at the nose/tail. The Parkstar is a bit stiffer though.
They’ve changed the Parkstar for 2013: http://k2snowboarding.com/snowboards/parkstar-1213 More rocker, starts under the feet. The new WWW is still the same as my 2012 one.
I haven’t ridden many boards but they’re both good, fun boards to ride in the park, all mountain, drops, side hits etc. Not the best once it gets a bit icy/hard packed but I guess nothing really is lol. In the end it it comes down to personal preference I guess.
Can’t really help you with the other boards though.
My pick would be the YES Jackpot, but I’m a fig fan of YES’s CamRock camber profile. Such a versatile ride and the Jackpot would be great in the park. Got 2 of the boards on my next to buy list. Got some good taste.
jackpot 152 and the dc mega/ply 150.5. both ride so sick.
Cheers for the reply’s. Yeah they are on the smaller size but it will mainly be for park. The Camrock of the Yes and the Lock and Load camber of the DC appeal the most to me, I’ve read good things about them and think that will compliment my riding style the best. Where in Melbourne sells YES boards? I would be after a 2012 Jackpot if I were to get one.

I think because some of the board has a directional camrock like the PYL
Thanks for all the help and advice guys I will be on the look out for a 2012 YES Jackpot 152 as first preference or a 150 DC Mega as 2nd choice! If you see anything it would be much appreciated if you could give me the heads up!
My personal pick out of those would be the
1. DC Mega
2. YES Jackpot
For you: just coming into park, the Capita with zero camber could be really awesome for you. But then again, if you love freeriding the the YES should be a nice happy medium between the DC and the Capita.
If you want a super forgiving board to huck yourself on and be really catch free - go the Parkstar
I’ve gotta say Swizzy, really good board choices there. Sounds like you actually did your research rather than believing the marketing 
Just to throw in, have you seen lobster Sketchy Alley looks quiet sweet park board.
