kickers that changed snowboarding…trent style.
The very first kicker i ever built on my first day of snowboarding ever during a year 11 school snowtrip was a game changer for me. It was prob 30cms high and landed flat but was the beginings of a love affair.

awesome, we all have a story like that!

I have video of me riding in sweden doing a “jump” in crackers backyard, very early 2006. within my first 5 days on a board. Ill-fitting clothes, zero skill but a massive grin on my face!

Kickers that changes snowboarding for TJ

1. Built a small 20-30cm kicker on smiggins when hiking over Anzac day 2009
2. Learning through the early season FV jumps (5-10ft)
3. Thredbo high noon 20ft, first real jump I landed (my brother did the “whatever you can do, I can do better” and axed himself raspberry)
4. Front Valley 30fters, getting better
5. Front Valley 40 foot where I axed myself and went back to the basic 10-20’s lol.

SWEET!

I just realised that a friend of mine shot this particular Baker Gap pic for #1 on that list.
