When I’ve got a bit more time I’ll try to answer some of your other questions if they haven’t already.
My advice is once it’s charged just stuff around on it for a couple of days and once you’ve worked out what you like/don’t like you can do a full factory restore from the menu and start with a clean slate but with knowledge of what you actually want without the bloat.

I couldn’t resist so I disconnected the device from the charger and logged in and set it all up the plugged it back in for a full charge!
Oh and one question I have is how do i stop it locking so quickly? And can I put a password on the device?
Also you should have seen me trying to figure out HOW to unlock it!
Ohhh and what is a good app to upload photos too?
And how do you get the url of a photo from say instagram to post on boardworld?
Have ya tried turning off, then back on again?????
You can put a swipe code on it (join the dots with the 9 points)
And there should be an autolock time option in the settings as well.
