Trailers for two movies I am absolutely frothing to see.
I had no idea they were making a movie of Les Mis until 5 minutes ago AND it has hugh jackman in it, holy moly! In this movie they have all sung the songs live for the camera, rather than recording them in a studio and miming to them when they act. I think it is going to be brilliant. I’ve loved Les Mis since I was a child.
and the excitement of this one is hardly containable! Re-read the book last year in preparation but may well read it again once more before December!
Just watched Prometheus. Pretty entertaining, but yeah, lots of plot holes. Definitely don’t watch it if you happen to be pregnant… or squeamish.
yeah freddy watched it the other night but I stayed well away. I came out briefly to ask him something and then took one look at the screen and ran away again!

First time I ever went to a “real” theatre, was to watch Les Mis, and it was awesome!!!!!
Looks like they have picked the cast spot on as well!!!!! Not a great fan of Crowe, but I reckon that he’ll do the role justice!!!!!
yeah I’m not his biggest fan by any stretch, but I think he’ll do a good job as Javert!
As I came to love this musical as a wee lass, my favourite character was always Gavrosh and the song ‘little people’ was a favourite. Looking forward to seeing who gets the role in this production and if they do a good job.

We watched Savages last night. I really enjoyed it. Action-packed and an exciting story line. Good cast too - Selma Hayek, John Travolta, Benicio Del Toro, Blake Lively (hot!). Directed by Oliver Stone. Recommended.
