The Official 2012 Shred Thread
It was always “jail” for at least the first 30 years of my life. I’m against the Americanisation of the English language, but “gaol” is simply being tossy for the sake of it.
Must depend on what school you went to because I was always taught gaol and only recently have I noticed jail becoming more prevalent.
EDIT: and I didnt go to some toffy selective school either.

I did (but on scholarship), however I’m guessing that comes as no surprise.
Pfft when the Collins Dictionary mob are including words like Amazeballs in the dictionary, ‘im gunna f*ck wid da english language howeva i wanna!!!’ It appears that proper english serves no purpose anymore. (Firefox spell check had a field day with this post lol)
I went to a selective school and farken hated it, mostly cause it was a boys school. May have prevented me from becoming a pothead but it sure screwed up my ability with women for a couple of years. In hindsight my parents probably think there was better options. Oh and it cost the same as a regular state high school just had a bunch of exams in yr 6 to get in, I only remember seeing the spelling gaol in shit like Chaucer.

Man I have missed SOOO much from the shred wrap up. I’m STILL catching up on work from my holiday!!!
I didn’t have the hard drive for a few days, then was away doing tough mudder all weekend and am now in adelaide for work.

definitely some sort of POV cause you can barely tell what happens. its nearly a waste of time shooting from that far away with them.
