One of those times when you find the right apartment for the right price, best combo of both I have seen since May so I had to take it basically. She knows the deal but leaving her to move house on her own without me might be um, unacceptable.

No, 80% my stuff ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Needs to come out of storage, transported to the next suburb and then carried up 3 flights of stairs, my friends are going to be earning their friends stripes Saturday as well ha ha!
