Some people don’t get him but I think he is hilarious… This weeks “The Backpacker” post.

How many have you done?

If it was in a dorm room in Australia it doesn’t count!!

I’ve only travelled OS once but I successfully completed the “Have something stolen” task like a seasoned pro.

Do I get points for being within a metre of people having sex in a dorm room? Apparently I could have also ticked this one off myself if I hadn’t made the amateur mistake of not adjusting my standards for travelling in a snow town. Guess that’s lucky though as I’m over 25 and would hate to be “creepy”  cool hmm

Euro bus tour.
My beanie got stolen by the cab driver (but I think I’ll take the blame for it)
Have been to Hofbrau House but not during Oktoberfest :(
And I’ve stayed in some pretty fancy resorts but no “All Inclusive” ones.

Guess that leaves me at 1.

haha I went on a Trafalgar tour in 2008 with my sister and my mum. I was the youngest by a bit and the next oldest was my sister and a couple in their mid 30s…quite a few in 40s and 50s…and my mumsy and a couple of others in their 60s…and one lovely old Australian lady from Malta who was 72! We stopped through in Cannes for 45 minutes, but all I saw of it was the Magic toilet (getting my mum and the 72yr old through that process too) and the inside of the Maccas to get them a coffee. haha

Just that bus trip one. Don’t care for the others, either, except for going to Africa.

I have no desire to go to Vegas whatsoever, but Fred thinks we should on our transUSA trip next year…guess we’ll just have to wait and see for the outcome of that one…I guess I could drive through it maybe but not keen at all to drop any of my hard earned into that hell hole. It is pretty much everything I despise about the world in one place….Actually monaco might be worse? but at least Monaco is in a beautiful location. Maybe Vegas is fun when you get there, but I’d rather spend my time and money doing other things instead….Like going to Yellowstone or Yosemite!
