I find knee guards are enough for me but I’ve heard of others using shin guards…. they must be very ‘short’ guards or wear them high on the shin so they don’t go into their boot though
Yeah I posted few links in my first post, I was keen to get the ones in second link but then I thought they might be little 2 long so now I am thinking of getting the ones in first link which are shorter.
i work at st leonards
i will need to find where i stashed the shin guards though
looks like this but only giving away the shin guard part because i still use the knee guard for other things
the black diamonds are knee covers…do not go down to the shin
like so
unsure where you can buy it though i got mine while in japan for about 40 bucks
PM me if you want to shin guards
I used these last year:

as well as their padded shorts. I sort of freaked out after watching someone recover from a fractured tailbone - not something I want to go through myself. The skeletools gear is on the bulky side, but it is pretty well padded. They absorbed at least one massive stack without me feeling any pain.
Humdi thanks I will let you know.
How far does your boot come up ? Eg does the top of he boot touch the bottom of the knee guard ?
I gues what I asking is if you hit the rail with your shin will it protect you ?
shrugs
like i said
never used lol
i found the soft ones dont protect enough for my likely
i bought the RED knee/shin combo….have not used the shin guard ever…you can have if you want to try iti use Black Diamond Telekneesis
Sorry I thought you use black diamond which I was talking about.

do you know any place or can you find out who sells them i looked everywhere and cant find it.
Give STM a call and ask them to call Pro-tec for you. I don’t think they are too common at stores, so they will probably need to be ordered through the Pro-tec rep.
