The instagram servers are in virginia…
As far as i know anyway. Friends in USA put it on facebook that their servers are in Virginia and there is massive storms, hence the entire instagram network was down.
When I found out how many people had been without power I wasn’t so concerned about Instagram.
The server hosted a few other major sites.

This So Works!! thought I killed my Nokia I’ve had for the last 3 years+ when i dropped it in water, sealed in rice the last 3 days and it just turned on like a Boss!!
